6 Connect the free end of

the first SCSI ID switch

cable to the first hard

drive, which you will be

installing in drive slot A.

Note:

When setting the

SCSI ID switches, make

sure no two peripherals,

including the tape drive,

are using the same SCSI

ID. Also, do not set any of

the SCSI ID switches to

7.
