GarageBand 2.0 – Recording, Editing, & Mixing

In the Real Instrument tab, you can adjust the sound input channel and the input volume of your

instrument. Don’t forget to check these properties in System Preferences – Sound too!

Click on the triangle to the left of Details (bottom left corner) to view more options. Select an

instrument from the main window and use these details to adjust the track’s effects. You will also

be able to adjust these later if needed.

To create a Software Instrument track, click on the Software Instrument tab in the New Track

window.
