RAID Card Cables

3. Turn the card over and disconnect the three RAID card cables from the card.

4. Disconnect the three RAID card cables from the drive interconnect board and remove

the cables from the server.

Replacement Note: Connect the three cables’ ﬂat connectors to the RAID card and the

connectors on the other end of the cables to the drive interconnect board, matching cables

to connectors as illustrated above. Note that cable A is the longest cable (may be blue-

banded), cable B is the middle-length cable (may be red-banded), and cable C is the

shortest cable (may be white-banded).

Important: Do not connect any cable to Port 3 (fourth from the fence) on the RAID card.
