Paper is jammed

Occasionally a piece of paper may get jammed (stuck) inside the printer

during the printing process. To clear a paper jam, follow these steps:

1If necessary, open the printer to see where the jam is.

2Gently pull the paper free.

More than one piece of paper passes through the printer at a time

Follow these steps:

1 Remove all the paper from the sheet feeder.

2 Turn off the printer.

3 Turn the printer back on.

4Put the paper back in.
