Installing the envelope cassette
IMPORTANT
The LaserWriter 12/640 PS envelope cassette fits into the
500-sheet feeder. For instructions on installing the optional 500-sheet
cassette and feeder, see “Installing the 500-Sheet Cassette and Feeder,”
earlier in this chapter.
1Unpack the envelope cassette and remove all packing materials.
2 Remove the 500-sheet cassette and insert the envelope cassette.
3Configure your printer software to use the envelope feeder.
For configuration instructions, see “Configuring Your Printer Software for
New Options,” later in this chapter.
For instructions for loading paper into the envelope cassette, see Chapter 9.
